Ashley Spore ''Mental health professional '' lied during my intake and kept asking the same question. And failed to document the reason for me seeking help. Lies told led to unauthorized detainment by police and mayo clinic where i was held down and medicated. Then let me go 8n the morning and say your free to go ! Just another medical bill !Traumatized x 1000 No audio recording to prove she lied . Im scared to seek any kind of help in rochester because of how my rights was violated..

I’d do zero stars if I could. We went to them for help for our son and they repeatedly turned us away. He asked to stay and for help and they still refused to help him. It’s a crapshoot like everything else mental health. Maybe they will help maybe they won’t.

There are many good staff members but there’s also many rude ones. A supervisor busted into a visiting room and was extremely rude. When there was an escalation between clients the staff either takes sides or does nothing. Overall not a safe feeling space. It would feel safer to not go here then to go.

Update 2025- Southeast Regional is still a huge blessing. A loved one was struggling and I called for some guidance and wisdom to know the right protocol and just needed to breathe. The staff who answered my phone call was very informative about not just them but other really good resources. She even gave me a protocol and recommendation I could try that would save me a substantial amount of money and not have to go via the ER with this individual. I appreciate this center and business. Love this place. Staff are nice, get your own room and shower
