Hi. Anna Here. One of you might remember me- brown hair girl that draw alot and liked gojo from jjk. Had a bad grandma . came alot in 2023-2024. I miss you guys. this center was so good for someone who wanted some freedom- theh weren't too strict and while each nurse was different thats normal bc we are all human. I miss this place . good rooms and I enjoyed having field trips in the summer.

If you are a man and you need help I strongly suggest going elsewhere. I feel the intake staff when I visited there treated me wrongly and were anti-man. Save yourself the time and just go to the ER.

Very good experience there the staff were all amazing Laura, Abdule ,Cortal,Hanahan, and the rest I've been to a couple places this place helped me immediately with what I needed ,very understanding and welcoming. The nursing staff also very helpful they were all on top of helping get what I needed. I would recommend SE Regional to anyone who needs this type of care . Thank you all for your hard work .

Ashley Spore ''Mental health professional '' lied during my intake and kept asking the same question. And failed to document the reason for me seeking help. Lies told led to unauthorized detainment by police and mayo clinic where i was held down and medicated. Then let me go 8n the morning and say your free to go ! Just another medical bill !Traumatized x 1000 No audio recording to prove she lied . Im scared to seek any kind of help in rochester because of how my rights was violated..
