Rhonda handles things illegally by state laws and is extremely negligent to her renters.
Refused to fix rental properties after hurricane and left homes with damages for 4 months and is now kicking tenants out without legal 60 day notice. This Property Management firm seems to think their actions have no repercussions. Anyone can have their friends give great reviews. However, a lack of integrity is always revealed in the end.
I would not recommend using Rhonda and this rental management company. Very disappointed in how they handle things. Unprofessional.
