Had a terrible experience with his office staff. Then we weren't able to speak to Dr. Harwood to explain the situation. So he would not follow up with my son's surgery even though he's having problems. They don't seem to care much about their patients.
Very friendly and professional
My son needed Achilles surgery and we had it done here. The surgery went great, no issues there but we needed a follow up for a small issue. We scheduled an appointment but found that our insurance was not active. We quickly were able to resolve that within 24 hours and it was going to be retroactive. The lady I spoke with informed me that she would not schedule until our insurance was resolved. I didn't get upset there, I offered to just pay for the visit out of pocket. Dr Harwood & his entire staff are very professional & efficient My feet always feel great after a visit - wish I still had the ability to hop & skip - that's what I feel like doing after a visit Highly recommended !
