I went here for a few months for my broken knee recovery/motorcycle accident. I was real happy with the place- would recommend it to friends and family definitely.

I have been going for 3 years with various issues that have occurred due to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Michael has always been able to help me get back to my training without failure. He knows what he is doing.
Michael and Greg are definitely experts in their field. I tore my labrum, and thanks to their work I was able to make great progress to get back to my normal life. They really tailored my recovery to what was working for me, and it was such a huge step up from my previous experiences with more pre-canned PT. I always looked forward to my appointments to get more exercises so I could continue recovering. Without the help of Michael & Greg, I don't think I would've recovered nearly as well as I did.
