very POOR customer service or care, HOURS on a phone and no call backs three urgent messages, "oh they all went home" ask for a manager, you then get a recording of we are closed for the day POOR POOR CUST service, and they lie, said they called, no message on my end meaning i miss a really critical treatment on my knees, I think I deserve better after 10 yrs of being a patient there
Easily the worst customer service I have ever encountered with a doctor's office. Bar none. Its almost like they don't want you to come at all. If they are like that at the doorway, how good could the doctors be in the house. Its just been awful dealing with them. I regret ever starting.
DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!! THERE THIRD PARTY BILLING SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT!!
Worst Orthopedic ever, Customer service is horrible, bad attitudes to patients. Make you wait almost an hour after your appt time. I highly do not recommend going to Center One SE Orthopedics. Its not worth your time.
