Good doctors (mostly), but some of the most inefficient, rude and uncaring customer service we have yet encountered... have showed up five times, to date, to find out that appointments 'can not be accommodated...' once after waiting in excess of 3 hours only to be told the Doctor wasn't in that day. Most recently showed up for an appointment only to be told the staffer wasn't with them anymore... after wasting an hour out of my day to go to an appointment they refused to honor.
