I have no issue with my doctor however the billing staff is completely different. Since my appt watch was 3 months ago I keep on getting statements that I owe money. I have faxed called In and even had my insurance company contact them showing the secondary balance is paid in full. We have sent in the correct claim number as well as the check number with the correct balance. I do not appreciate being threatened with a collection for a bill I do not owe. Dr. Paul Shirley is by far the best knee doctor in North Florida - have patience with the other departments - but worth it - when you can visit on facility and get doctor, Physical Therapy and surgery in one location - convenient and central location in Deerwood and Southside area. Locations all over the First Coast.
