I went to my appointment and I arrived 30 early and the clerk will not Check me in because they were on their lunch break. She also said she could not check me in because I was early, but the next person that that came in she could help her and work on her computer station. All she needed was to check me in, but she had zero initiative.

I’m working with Clay Vandenberg,OTA on rehab for a recent distal bicep surgery.Clay is very personable,very informative and took the time to answer every question I have.Glad to have the team around me that I do.Thanks for everything team and staff.

This is exactly why I stopped going to this place, I called 24 hours before a scheduled return visit and MRI. They have a recording of my call and they still wanna charge me $50 for a no show. It’s a joke!!!

Dr Kim replaced my right knee. The surgery went without a problem and he and his PA were great. Thank you so much. We all know that the surgery requires physical therapy to heal correctly or there is no sense in doing the surgery. My PT team was Josh and Hannah and they were the absolute best. They keep you busy for your full appointment including much needed ice at the end. I honestly can't think of anything I would criticize as my care went without a hitch. From beginning to the end extreme professionalism and care. Dr Jones was my surgeon and Chris and Hanna were my rehabilitation technicians. I was treated with great care and everything came out perfect. I have the use of my shoulder again without pain. All appointments were on time and never called late. True professionalism throughout my experience. Thank you so much and the care and rehabilitation. I am better for all that you have done for me.
