This is exactly why I stopped going to this place, I called 24 hours before a scheduled return visit and MRI. They have a recording of my call and they still wanna charge me $50 for a no show. It’s a joke!!!
Dr Kim replaced my right knee. The surgery went without a problem and he and his PA were great. Thank you so much. We all know that the surgery requires physical therapy to heal correctly or there is no sense in doing the surgery. My PT team was Josh and Hannah and they were the absolute best. They keep you busy for your full appointment including much needed ice at the end. I honestly can't think of anything I would criticize as my care went without a hitch. From beginning to the end extreme professionalism and care. Dr Jones was my surgeon and Chris and Hanna were my rehabilitation technicians. I was treated with great care and everything came out perfect. I have the use of my shoulder again without pain. All appointments were on time and never called late. True professionalism throughout my experience. Thank you so much and the care and rehabilitation. I am better for all that you have done for me.
The whole team here is amazing! Starting with Carla at the front desk — she’s kind, organized, and truly caring. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Josh, Chris, and Hannah, and I’m so grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Often, once patients heal, we don’t get the chance to say it — but thank you all for the incredible work you do. I truly appreciate it. God bless!
Had my appointment today December 20th for gel injections in my knees, Robert came in asked how I was doing then went on to ask what happened a few weeks ago when I called about a appointment claiming I was yelling, cursing and being very rude and was told to discharge me.I told him whoever I spoke with I was on speaker phone and yes I have a loud voice and when I said something she acted like I didn't know what I was saying, she went to schedule a appointment I already had then told me I didnt, whoever I spoke with etc and ... read more
