Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Schauder seemed very knowledgable and was so easy to talk with. His staff was great. I ended up needing surgery. (He discovered the reason behind 60 years of knee pain.) Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Does this orthopedic surgeon use current and safe equipment? Yes

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
