Efficient loan team that I dealt with; they did a great job following up with me to keep my loan application moving. They made an error on my original loan estimate (offered me a higher rate than we had spoke about), but quickly corrected it after I called them about it. Their rates and closing costs were not competitive for my loan. I received a builder incentive of $25,000 and ultimately forfeited it because I got a much better deal from a non-preferred lender.
