I highly recommend Richard Velazquez and his team for all of your exterior cleaning needs. I have used his company twice now and won't consider using anyone else in the future. He is very professional and definitely knows how to get those exterior surfaces sparkling clean. He has cleaned both my personal residence and a rental property, as well as numerous outbuildings and brickwork. Just had my home cleaned today, they did a beautiful job. Looks like new home. The staff were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
Business van and trailer was blocking access to a vital street within our neighborhood and kindly asked business owner to move so traffic could move through. He proceeded to tell me he was going to park there and I would have to "deal with it". Very rude and unprofessional, very surprise anyone would deal with someone like this. Will never be getting any business from myself or any of my neighbors in the future or anytime.

He's done our house and concrete several times and does a great job! The back of our house doesn't get sun so we have issues with mildew accumulating quickly and have to clean it regularly. With Southeast Mobile Pressure Cleaning, we haven't had to do it as often. They do such a great job that the mildew doesn't come back as quickly!
Richard does a great job! My house looks like it had a fresh coat of paint! Great customer service and affordable. I love how I don't have to do any prep work before he comes and everything is put back exactly how I left it!
Richard really knows his stuff! I had some rust running down my vinyl siding of my house, and Richard cleaned it off with no problem. He even got it off the mesh screen on the window! I had tried to pressure wash it myself, but no prevail. Richard does his research, and knows what chemicals to use for each job. You want something clean? Call Southeast Mobile Pressure Cleaning! Best customer service too, definitely recommend!
