So today my son had an appointment for behavioral services in the back. I was running late because I had to leave work early and then check him out of school. So the lady at the front desk I suppose called to confirm we were still coming. I told her yes but we will be late because I was just leaving work. When speaking to whomever in financial department, the phone was hung up in my face after asking a specific question. This was the second time. She wouldn’t listen to my specific request. Luckily Sharon stopped to answer my question so I do proper payment and paperwork. This is ridiculous when patients are in pain and nothing can be prescribe by the OBGYNs here. It shouldn’t be this way.

I will say that I enjoyed my doctor very much he took his time answered questions. My thyroid came back off and they did not change my medication took two days for a call back. I got ill went to minor care, it was a waste seeing Dr. K. Was so disappointed . I called following day to get help they never called. Do you care ? I have private insurance.
