Please do your research on this company and the way they do business. They preach about community and love and then destroy what is left of failing hospitals with mismanagement and inattention. Insight hospital and medical center Trumbull in Warren, Ohio has been closed with no warning to the staff or community. The staff is also owed 3 weeks pay which Insight has said ( when they bother to respond) they have no idea when we can get paid. And our benefits are stopped! Is this who you want to trust? This company has abandoned both its employees and the loyalty of the patients who supported this hospital. (Insight Medical Center Trumbull) in Warren Ohio.Secondly when they abruptly closed the hospital, they failed to this day, to pay 3 weeks owed to all of the employees who were dedicated to there jobs and to care for the patients who chose to go there!
The answering service who initially schedules the appointments are great but the actual office is not. I've been here twice & the receptionists are not keen on good customer service. The white lady purposefully stares at her computer when a black person approaches so u have no choice but to wait for the older black lady to help u. She perks up & is very helpful with the white patients tho. The older black lady is either hard of hearing or just doesn't listen because she asks the same questions that you've already answered. My child sees Dr Mohen Nasir at Insight. He is the best Dr my child has seen, his personality and ease with children makes it an comfortable and safe feeling environment. Getting scripts refilled in timely manner is easy and smooth, and communication between the office and my child's school always runs smoothly as well. I couldn't be happier with my experiences in this office over the last year.
