My family’s experience was very positive. We were there over 9 hours. Mr Shaun Gillespie was working security that day. Another hospital in the area unfortunately had a gunman shoot someone down. We were wondering “ who is that guy and why is he checking the door so often”. He was concerned about our safety. At the time we didn’t know who he was. Shaun was incredible!!! He made sure that my family was comfortable while waiting on our loved one to get out of major surgery, showed us where to find refreshments as well as checked on the status of my family member and another person’s family member who was also getting out of surgery. We were also there on the day that a tragedy had taken place at a nearby hospital. Doctor not me scheduled an mri and a recheck after that but because they won't have reports back by the time my next appt is they want to schedule me for a whole month out. No thanks. Can't be taking off work randomly n I work crazy hours. I had everything set n good to go for this appt. Smh not a good thing when u are dealing with someone that has a history of cancer. Very disappointed. Medical field n patients are not the priority. Money is. No bedside manor n what I see here is patients come last! It's all about how many ... read more

My mom had surgery here and even though it wasn't that big of a deal, my bipolar was definitely bipolaring lol 🤷 and I was having a full blown panic attack, my mom was in great hands though and it was over before I even realized. My mom says she loves this doctor and every experience I have had with him and his staff has been very pleasant especially considering how busy they are. Staff are very polite and professional and I can tell they really care about my mother, which really means ALOT. The best staff person hands down... read more

The front desk staff have major issues it seems in life, abusive as they can be each visit. The lack of professionalism is obviously tea talk for the staff, it’s very abusive, lacking human dignity being allowed to take place…. They say one thing and then it’s the other way depending on their day…. They literally called me while I was in the waiting room sitting that my appointment was cancelled. Just very ignorant behavior projected by the front desk every visit it seems.
