RecommendedOur entire family are patients at this practice and we all feel right at home. Dr. Scott treats me as if I were a member of her own family. They are incredible responsive when I call and I have never had any difficulty getting an appointment. Years ago they maybe had one or two sub-par admin folks, but that is certainly not the case now. They are not flexible at all and don’t really seem to care about the patient. I was 17mins late for an appointment THEY gave me the wrong time for, but they still would not take me and sent me away. It was also during winter, roads were icy and I work in the valley. Flexibility, patience and customer care are all things Southeast Medical lacks.
Excellent staff & quality health care providers. You will feel right at home at Southeast Medical Clinic.
