Health Care Hacks The whole place is an atrocious mess. The emergency room is always crammed full, staff are rude, the wait (even when your five year old is bleeding profusely) can be hours. The waiting room is uncomfortable, ugly, and designed badly. The ER doctors and nurses do not have an ounce of compassion for anyone. The x-ray labs, operating rooms, after care, ultrasounds, and all other aspects of this hospital that I have been to are all intollerablely lacking.
