I am a difficult stick and on average have 3-5 people attempting to find or keep a vein, poking up to 8 times (from Iowa to Quincy). And I get a lot of labs drawn in the tri-states and no one can float a needle in me as quickly and easily as Kyndall. She’s an absolutely amazing phlebotomist and I try to have all my labs sent to Ft. Madison. Huge thank you and shout out to her!
Do not use this clinic. They bill in bad faith. I came in for a routine office visit. They secretly reclassified it as "hospital outpatient" and billed it that way with zero notice. A $50 copay turned into a 20% coinsurance charge that cost me hundreds. No Good Faith Estimate. No warning that facility fees would apply. I found out only when the bill arrived.
