I have to be honest — when the system at Southeast Health works, it works. Jennifer Hughes, in particular, is usually responsive, caring, and extremely helpful. This has to be the most unprofessional, uncaring, poorly staffed business I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I made an appointment earlier in the year for a dental cleaning, after being on hold for a long time a female ask me if I've bee. seen at the dental clinic before. I said yes, but my last appointment was cancled due to covid. She then says the only available appointment is for July 28th, 2025 at 8:30 AM. Don't try to call 50%. Chance someone will answer. I've only go through once best to have ext. Of who you want to reach.
I have been going here for about ten years. NP Hughes is such a great nurs and truly cares about your well being. She takes time to talk to you over any concerns, and you can usually get in to see her pretty quickly. The office staff is very nice. I always leave feeling taken care of.
