Never pick up the phone to do intakes. I gave up
I have to be honest — when the system at Southeast Health works, it works. Jennifer Hughes, in particular, is usually responsive, caring, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the support she’s provided in the past. However, my recent experience has been incredibly difficult. This has to be the most unprofessional, uncaring, poorly staffed business I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I made an appointment earlier in the year for a dental cleaning, after being on hold for a long time a female ask me if I've bee. seen at the dental clinic before. I said yes, but my last appointment was cancled due to covid. She then says the only available appointment is for July 28th, 2025 at 8:30 AM.
