Was without a therapist during COVID. Eventually was assigned a case manager and was disappointed after several sessions. He left to be a therapist in New Albany center for money and better management. I was evenually assigned to another social worker, and again got reassigned to another. This new social worker had a heavy schedule of clients and I was underserved.
It started out good, but then they bounced me from case manager to case manager, from psychiatrist to psychiatrist. I had a bad experience when them!
Physicians are amazing but the people at front desk are rude and dont care for the clients at all
