No stars- had to put one to post!!! Terri is the rudest person that I have ever come in contact with her. Lord help anyone that has to talk to her. She doesn't help, she doesn't listen, and she definitely does not care for the patient. She will talk down to you and over you. If you are talking to another person you can hear her in the background tell them what to say. Rude-rude -RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not waist your time with these people! I called to schedule an appointment on December 20, had my pcp send over my x-rays and they scheduled me for Jan 18. When I called in Jan to give my new insurance information they told me they had nothing scheduled for me. After I told Terry that I had worsen pneumonia symptoms and going back and forth about the appointment i had scheduled in the beginning she put me down for the 17th because of their mistake.
