If I could give zero stars I would we came in to get my 13 yr old Knee and back looked at everything was ok than I asked after two hrs how much longer for radiology to read the X-rays the lady comes in and has a paper in her hand basically telling me I’m leaving never said I was leaving I called someone to sit with my child because I had an appointment for 4pm her first thing was basically telling me to leave and someone would give me a call I said no yall already charged my insurance for my visit I asked her why she was bei... read more

If I could give negative stars I would. My mother came to the ER Monday for possible stroke and after surgery complications. Once it was determined that she hadn't had a stroke, the staff fell off the face of the earth. Meanwhile she is in severe pain and has internal bleeding from the surgery. She had to use the restroom and hollered for 15 min, hearing the staff in the hall but unable to get out of bed. (The call button had been placed out of reach). Ms Mary from the Pulmonary dept took great care of doing my pulmonary function test. Explaining everything perfectly to me. Thank you Mary and hope all the staff learns from you and all your compassion for your patients.

I was an Xray tech in the SE ER in the 90s before I became disabled, I then lost a kidney in 2000 to renal cancer. In 2006, the scar on my right side herniated, involving my liver. I was hospitalized and surgeon Dr Joseph McCadams was called in. Laparoscopic hernia surgery was scheduled for July 2006 on a Friday, by Sunday my right side was swelling and turning red.
