Do not use this company for your love ones. The owner is rude and unprofessional. She does not care about the clients, staff, or the business as long as the payments come. She sent me a text to say that she was taking my contracted service and send her to a client that she deemed sicker than my loved one. I hired this agency on March 28, 2023 and ended on September 21, 2023 and I never had a full month of service. The aide was unreliable and inefficient.
