So far things have went well and I wasn't thrown through a million different useless hurdles I've already been through before. Staff seem nice as well. Just make sure if on a form of Medicaid to make sure you won't have an issue with prior authorization, you can do that by thoroughly reading through your insurance's pharmacy policies.
After visiting them for over half a year, my psychiatrist ghosted me. She said she wrote me a new prescription but it was never available for me and every message I've left since has been ignored. I would recommend almost anywhere else honestly. Some of the assistants were nice but the care was atrocious
If I could give 0, I would. This place was medicore at best for my eldest son, and now my youngest son has had his appointment rescheduled for the 2nd time. The first time he was bumped back 3 weeks due to lack of therapist, I figured ok..people get sick, call out. It happeneds. Can't control that.. They have known about his appointment for OVER a month and just now, today, 15 mins ago, called me to say my son (who had a 3:30 appointment today) needs to have an intake appointment which was never set up and will now be pushed... read more
