Upon intake I was told case management would be set up, now 4 weeks later I still have no one assigned to me and my therapist(emily) doesn't return my calls. As someone who is at risk for losing housing during their sobriety recovery, DO NOT COME HERE. im starting to have to make a plan on my own in case I lose housing and this is ungodly stressful, i should be focused on my recovery not doing the social workers job
Horrible service. I was seeking help after my husband had an affair for both my son and I. I did my diligence and called my insurance to see who was in network and call Southeast and also asked. Both answers were yes. I went in and gave copy of insurance card to Southeast and it was scanned. We did roughly 12 visits between 10/1/22 and 12/24/22.
