Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Marsala is amazing. And his staff is phenomenal.
I just had my fourth epidural by Dr Flanagan. I love him. He explains everything he is going to do and is extremely compassionate to my needs. All the staff is great and very caring. While I love them, I hope I don't have to come back!!!

I have been a patient at the pain clinic since it was in the little building across the street from the hospital. There used to be a long wait and the facilities were quite small. I really cannot say enough kind things about the staff. Dr. Marcella has always been my doctor and I love him dearly. I have never experienced an unkind / rude staff member. I can't even get a call back from them. I think they are too scared to touch me due to me taking 48 or either 49 medications now. I will say this, Dr. McRae talked with me or about 20 min and 15 min of it was about football where he went to colleges, and of course, Auburn and Alabama. I could not have cared less about football, but to try and start a relationship with a Dr.; I guess i should have headed what the staff member told me when I asked about him while being taken back. I see Dr. Marsello. He is compassionate & a very good doctor. Very little wait time.
Dr. Willis's Team was so friendly and prompt. Very down to earth and made you feel at ease. Dr. Willis answered any questions we had and was very through in explaining the procedure and the side effects. Highly recommend Dr. Willis.
