This place wouldn't accept me just because I wasn't getting proper care at another pain management clinic that was raping my insurance and me as a patient wasn't getting proper care.. They looked at my referral and just decided they could do nothing for me so this place cares nothing for patients or they would have tried to help me.. point being if your not satisfied with you pain management don't try this place that won't accept you because you didn't choose them first!!
Been seeing Dr. McRae, he helped my sciatica so much had to go for 2 injections, but he was very thorough and I’m pain free now, they’ve always been very kind, I would recommend to anybody who needs pain management!
From the check-in to the discharge, this is a top performer in every way. My appt got changed from 4 pm to 9 am, but the system wasn’t updated. When I showed up for the morning appt, they said I couldn’t check-in. When I reported the appt change, the front desk clerk said just hold on. She got on the phone and took care of everything in just a few minutes. Then, my check-in nurse was very pleasant and did everything possible to put me at ease about my upcoming procedure.
