While Dr Patterson seems great, the staff responsible for getting approval for procedures he has prescribed my wife has been horrible, irresponsible, and according to BCBS unwilling to submit needed information. Repeatedly attempts to discuss this with them has failed. Even the infusion center who were waiting and had scheduled the procedure CAN NOT get a response from his staff for a patient suffering chronic migraines.
I felt at ease going to this facility. I was taken seriously and given answers about my concerns without feeling rushed. I felt like my needs were being listened to and addressed.
