I have been a patient of this practice for at least 4 years. The horrible, and in my opinion negligent, thing is every time I have called about a significant issue regarding device availability that they were supposed to order, or treatment, and have left a message requiring a call back from staff on the message system they provide for this purpose THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL that I am aware of. Went to see the pulmonary Dr at Southeast Georgia Physicians Group a couple months ago and was told 3 different times the self pay price was $150 for office visit. I paid that then was billed $333 instead. After going back-and-forth about the discrepancy the office manager informed me that when they tell you $150 that’s just an estimated down payment and there’s no way to know how much you’re actually going to pay for that office visit at that time.
