I went to be seen and have a young child, my husband recently passed away and I have no support system here - I recently found out I was expecting after his passing. I showed up to the appointment after waiting forever to be seen. When I showed up I was told I was not allowed to have my child in office and that they were also not allowed in the back with me. I am a young mother and I went to go see how my baby was doing with the ultrasound. I had appointment at 9:30 and we got there a little before 9:30. I was with my mother and a family friend. She was supposed to go to her job at two when we got there. I did my paperwork and sat down. I was not seen until 10:15 to 1020. I went to my checkup and had no care or daycare for my daughter that day who is 1 and I was told that she was not allowed to be in the office unless she was a patient. I asked what am I supposed to do if my mother in law wasn’t available to come get her today and if I had no other option but to bring her. They said well she’s not allowed to be here either way even if you have no care for her. Then my daughter and mother in law were told they had to sit in the hall for the entire appointment. I recently had a visit with Dr. Jackie, and she was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was not pleasant. The receptionist, Amy, was rude and unkind, which made the check-in process stressful. Patients deserve to feel respected and welcomed, especially in a doctor’s office. I truly appreciate the care I received from Dr. Jackie, but I hope the office works on improving the way patients are greeted and treated at the front desk.

Dr. Deighan, nurse Hannah, and Kayce are all the best. Scheduling is always great and easy, they always know my name when I call or come in for an appointment, and they all genuinely seem to care and take all of my concerns seriously. Dr. Deighan has been the best doctor I've seen, he is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Him and the rest of the ladies in the office have made every appointment great and have eliminated my anxiety about going to the doctor with them.
