Dr. Deighan, nurse Hannah, and Kayce are all the best. Scheduling is always great and easy, they always know my name when I call or come in for an appointment, and they all genuinely seem to care and take all of my concerns seriously. Dr. Deighan has been the best doctor I've seen, he is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Him and the rest of the ladies in the office have made every appointment great and have eliminated my anxiety about going to the doctor with them.
This office is always late. Even if you have the very first appointment of the day. It is totally disrespectful of the patients time. People need to get to work! If I arrive early or on time, I should not have to wait over an hour to be seen. This also happens to my daughter, every time. It's ridiculous and rude.
I had the best check in with a few amazing nurses. Chelsea was so sweet and soothing - the whole team made me feel so much better and cared for. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
These people are never available to answer your phone call regardless of what time it is whether it’s early in the morning or in the evening. Ridiculous! Why should I have to drive there to make an appointment in person when I can call?
