I waited over 5 days for a call back from Allison at the front desk. She never called back and was VERY unhelpful and uninterested in my situation. I called everyday to try to make an appointment for about a week and had to physically go to the office to get this appointment scheduled. Based on the reviews of this office I wasn’t expecting anything great, but overall I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with front desk personnel. Holly was very helpful and professional when helping me finally schedule my visit.

I usually have no issues with this doctors office. But today was just absolutely ridiculous. I called to Schedule an appointment because I have some concerns. The receptionist then started schooling me on the type of birth control I am on. When I didn’t really want that I wanted to get it checked out. She then put me one hold to talk to a nurse to come back to school me on it. It was quite annoying. Sweet girl please pay more attention to what the client actually wants.

I went to be seen and have a young child, my husband recently passed away and I have no support system here - I recently found out I was expecting after his passing. I showed up to the appointment after waiting forever to be seen. When I showed up I was told I was not allowed to have my child in office and that they were also not allowed in the back with me. I am a young mother and I went to go see how my baby was doing with the ultrasound. I had appointment at 9:30 and we got there a little before 9:30. I was with my mother and a family friend. She was supposed to go to her job at two when we got there. I did my paperwork and sat down. I was not seen until 10:15 to 1020. I went to my checkup and had no care or daycare for my daughter that day who is 1 and I was told that she was not allowed to be in the office unless she was a patient. I asked what am I supposed to do if my mother in law wasn’t available to come get her today and if I had no other option but to bring her.
