I am beyond upset with the surgical office for General and Vascular Surgery. I'm 10 days out from major abdominal surgery and agonizing in pain. No one answers the phone until doctors are gone. I had blood work and urinalysis done yesterday. I received blood work results and was told I would receive call about urine today. Doctor's nurse has been out for 2 days and no one will contact doctor for my results, not Erin, Dr Barrett's nurse or Liz the supervisor. Unbelievably incompetent office staff but that's to be expected in Brunswick. My doctor referred me to the office and they scheduled me for an appointment but never bothered to tell me about the appointment. I called two weeks in a row trying to get in touch with someone about scheduling me an appointment and never received a call. Finally was able to talk to a person just to be told I missed my appointment that no one ever told me about.
