My husband goes to this practice and made me a new patient appointment for some issues I’ve been having. My appointment time got put in my calendar wrong so I ended up being late to the appointment. When I got there the front desk asked my name, acted clueless and asked me what time my appointment was. I stated the time I honestly thought it was and she informed me I was wrong. Husband in hospital poor service from ER Doctor and ER nurse, stayed three days on floor had to beg for ice water nursing’s staff was horrible unfriendly wouldn’t answer call light, Rotation doctor was wonderful though
Recommendedthe doctors are awesome. dr Matthew eller salvaged my toe that was scheduled for amputation. i see him on a weekly basis for infection in my bone. dr eller is a great dr.

This was my so called exam room in the ER. Then they want to charge you $800.00 for an exam room. Really???? Most dirtiest ER I have ever seen.

The ER doc was great. Everything went downhill quickly when my mother was admitted. The hospitalist would not listen at all to the concerns that my family and I had about my mother and her care. He kept cutting me off and finishing my sentences. This was within the first minute of speaking with him. I called to check on my mother after hours and I was not allowed to speak to the nurse caring for her and they would not ring the phone in her room.
