Dr Bee was originally my toddlers doctor. But since he needed tube placements sooner than we expected he was switched to Dr Hansens service since she was available to do his surgery sooner than Dr Bee. Everything went well up until his follow up visits post surgery. He was afraid of her & she made him extremely uncomfortable which is expected being a toddler. But she didn’t accommodate to him. I really appreciate the patience they had with my daughter. She was not as quickly recovered but they have 100% service until she was ready for discharge.
Was referred to Dr. Stevenson for lump on my neck. He was thorough and reassured me about what it could be and what it wasn't. Explained my options and when to follow-up. He had wonderful bedside manner and never felt rushed during appointment. One of the best experiences with a doctor.
