I would usually tell people not to go to this Hospital, but last night I had a great experience, they have new staff in there find me cleaned out the old nasty rude people that work there!!! The staff was helpful I would also like to say I recommend Benjamin Walker, who is extremely helpful to me he was patient respectful he took his time and listened to what I had to say! Everyone was very respectful, listen to the patient, took time with the patient. We didnt have to wait long in waiting room either. And the whole staff always explained everything they are going to be doing to you.
My nana has been here for three days and they have not cleaned her room and hasn’t checked on her her trash can was full and she has been sitting in her own pee since yesterday around 3:45 pm because they haven’t changed her it’s clear these nurses and doctors don’t care about patients and they where trying to give her the wrong diagnosis by saying she had seizure when she had a stroke
Worst hospital ever sat there for 3 hours and only 4 people in the lobby red haired lady isn’t no help just sits there on her phone all day and gives short answers and acts ignorant and the one with braids and glasses just sits on FaceTime all day and laugh while people are in the lobby in pain gotta do better just wonder if it was one of there kids or family members and roles where reversed would they be okay with that
The girl at the front named Elizabeth whom I think goes by Liz, has absolutely no personality to be in this line of work. Can’t even get checked in good before she goes to judging you or the situation or illness without automatically assuming some negative and derogatory intent towards your parenting or you as a person IMMEDIATELY!!!!
