They took care of my wife with professionalism and haste.
This is the absolute worst emergency room/hospital I’ve experienced. We rushed my dad to the ER as he was having bad indigestion and pain, which we thought was due to a potential heart attack as his family has a history of heart disease. My dad was violently ill and as I was crying/begging someone to help, I had not one, but two doctors/nurses roll their eyes at me. Have to wonder if it's common practice to take a walk in with a cut that's not even bleeding back to triage before someone with a defibulator vest on who's heart and kidneys are failing thst had been sitting there for a half hour already? I thought it was by necessity? Guess I was wrong. I'd leave zero stars if it would let me.
If I could, I wouldn't have given them a star at all. Worst beside manner and triage in the low country. I would drive myself to Florida or Savannah in a heartbeat. Drug addicts are treated better care and I have cancer. Sad what Healthcare has become. There are signs about patient behavior all over. What they really should work on is their own behavior. Maybe study on bedside manner in college or HR have a patient manner meeting with the staff. I walked out and I wouldn't put myself through their ER again.
It was very good. The staff friendly and super efficient. In a room in less than 5 minutes. They fixed the problem and we're very through.
