I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Southeast Forklift of Houston was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I called on a Saturday in urgent need of a forklift for a Monday morning delivery at our location near 249 and Antoine. I spoke with Mr. Gallen, clearly explaining that the forklift had to be delivered by 9:00–9:30 AM at the latest, as we are in a busy shopping center and couldn’t block parking for long.
