Updated review: instead of claiming my review is artificial generated, do better. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Southeast Forklift of Houston was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I called on a Saturday in urgent need of a forklift for a Monday morning delivery at our location near 249 and Antoine. Very disappointing and unprofessional, I was referred by a forklift technician I know, I went to sell parts, I went twice in the same day the first time was great, very helpful but the owner wasn't there at the time so the employee took my number and said the owner would call when he was in, I went later that day with more parts and I was unprofessionally greeted by one of the other employees, I told him I was there to sell parts, he pointed at a guy in a truck and said that's who I should talk to, the guy in the truck looke... read more
DO NOT BUY FROM ADRIAN JACQUES! HE AND THE COMPANY HE WORKS FOR IN HOUSTON ( LIFTZOO ) THE OWNER IS ( Julian Rosales) They sold me a forklift with a bad timing belt. Before purchasing they promised up and down that the forklift requires no maintenance and that they offer a "60 day warranty" all of it is a LIE. Galen was amazing. I was in a tough spot, needed a full truck load transloaded remotely. The trailer could not be moved. He had an extremely flexible schedule, moved things around & had his loader, Alex, come to me on a Saturday. Galen is a really nice guy, he wanted to help me & I am so grateful. In addition, his loader, Alex, communicated well with me & was very understanding of the situation. If I ever need help again in the Houston area, Galen will be the first guy a call!
