Sounds by the other reviews on this site I'm not the only person that has liens on their house because of this company. They took the money from my insurance company and didn't pay the supply company or the roofers. Now I'm trying to fight these liens and they want me to pay again. Everyone please stay away from Southeast Florida Holding and Great White Construction Company. Both are shady.
I don`t recommend this company to anyone. They did our roof, took all the money from the insurance and didn`t pay their subcontractor companies and now we have a lean on our house. It is a total fraud. Stay away from this company.
We hired Southeast Florida Holdings LLC, owned by Juan Carlos Gonzalez, to work with our homeowner insurance company. Insurance approved and paid for the new roof. They forged our signatures, cashed the checks and DID NOT PAY the roofing contractor or supply company. Now both the contractor/supply company is putting a lien on my house. I heard that they have done this to about a dozen other homeowners.
