Great builder... Great service
Do not buy from this builder !! They are incompetent, unresponsive and wash their hands as soon as you sign. DONT BE FOOLED: all the good reviews they have are coming from vendors, realtors and business they have vested interest with. Worst customer service, property quality. Nothing is transparent they just want your money. RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!
Do not buy from this builder. My new construction condo had issues with the water heater and A/C from day 1. They repaired while under warranty, but I've since spent close to 2K in repairs and was told the units installed were used.
I have been working with D.R. Horton in South Florida for several years installing their garage doors. I work with many builders and D.R. Horton is one of the best. As a vendor they are easy to work with and are a great partner. They have are attentive and responsive to all all requests from both vendors and customers. Knowing the team in South Florida I would recommend them to any trade partner or invidual shopping for a new home.
