The workers in Knoxville are very nice but I’ve been trying to get my title to a truck I paid off two months ago and no one can seem to give us an answer where it is. Blame just keeps getting passed around. Called several times and emails and still nothing. Gonna try one more time this Friday before I consult with a lawyer. This is ridiculous and unprofessional and I will never get another loan through them.
