I only went here because it seems to be the only place in town that accepts my insurance. While the front office staff seemed pleasant enough, the people at MCR who handle scheduling are extremely difficult to understand. On my most recent call, I asked for my lab results through the portal. Someone called me back and told me they would only provide them at my next visit, which is not even scheduled and will not be happening if I can help it. At that point, I have to ask, what is the point of having a patient portal at all? ... read more
This is by by the worst place,I ever seen , the front desk. People are very rude. they don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know their job. I do not recommend this place. Please go find a doctor somewhere else you’re gonna be wasting your money
