Find someone else to deal with at South East Door and Trim DO NOT USE BOONE he is condescending and rode and will keep putting you off making excuses/lying instead of taking a few minutes to get you an honest answer and then doesn't understand why your upset. Good products there but the worst customer service ever.
I ordered French doors for my house and they recommended Ed Moore as an installer. The door was installed poorly and leaks. Went to the showroom and spoke with Boone and he said they would not help. He was nasty and I will never do business with them again. There is something to be said for poor customer service. I would not recommend SE Door and Trim or Ed Moore. BEWARE
