Meredith Beleview needs to pull her head from under desk. Buyer beware! If you have a spring that breaks prematurely, within the 3 year miscellaneous parts warranty, she doesn't care about the fact that it's clearly still under warranty. It used to be clearly written in their catalog. Now they don't have catalogs, lol She would rather throw 10,000 cycles in your face.
