I had an excellent experience with Southeast Diabetes, Inc. when I needed supplies for my Tandem pump. After turning 65 and transitioning to Medicare, I found I could no longer get my supplies directly from Tandem. Southeast really helped accommodated my crazy schedule and made sure I got a pump even though my insurance didn’t want to cover it (my old pump was still in warranty so my insurance denied it) these suppliers have made the process so easy. They make things easier and going through insurances and supplies and prescriptions is never easy. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them!
