My family has been using southeast dermatology for years now and we all love it!! The doctors and staff are amazing!! But my last visit was extra special! I had to take my toddler grandchild with me and while in the waiting room the receptionists went above and beyond to make sure my grandchild was happy and comfortable while waiting with me. Giving him stickers, papers to draw on…etc… The nurses and doctor as well, they were all friendly caring accommodating and very very nice!! They made my day extra special with their car... read more
I went in to have a lipoma removed behind my neck. It was a very painful procedure that I wanted. Dr.li was not very friendly at all I tried to make small talk because I was so nervous and I did express this. She did not respond it's almost as if she was annoyed every time I squirmed due to feeling pain or I made a noise. To be a good Dr you need to have empathy and compassion for your patients which I feel she does not. I don’t usually do this but I’m frustrated. The nurses are sweet and helpful and I understand doctors get busy but it’s been almost a week that she’s been to the doctor and no medication for her infection. All I keep getting is doctor has left for the day. :(
I’m sooo happy with this business, always have been!!!!! Saw Dr Lopez today…..the absolutely very best! What a beautiful, happy, Kind professional. Thank You to Dr Lopez.and a big shout out to all the staff too.
