I went to Mr Silverman for help with harassment for a debt collection agency. He was very professional and took his time to explain the process. He is very knowledgeable and knows the ends and outs of consumer law. I would use him again if needed.
I just saw another person (Andrea S.)taking about tonya. I talked with Tonya powell she was not so nice and because I couldn't answer my phone every time she called I told her from the beginning that I can't talk on my phone at work. She gave my case to Noah Stone in the beginning he was okay and now it's like he disappeared from the face of the earth. Now I am having to pay another attorney to try to undo the mess he has got me in with my home.
no communication what so ever, tried reaching out to this firm several time ,not even the common courtesy of a return call back to a perspective client, would not recommend nor ever use!
Just called to possibly hire this firm. Tonya was out right nasty, disrespectful, condescending and the wrong person to assist with anything. I called the office after receiving advertisement via mail. I am in shock but glad I know what you really stand for. I won't dare contact you guys again or refer anyone!!! No regards for a person nor their situation!
