This South El Monte location is EXTREMELY rude. We had ordered and paid for pavers 2 years ago. Unfortunately life unexpectedly happened and we forgot about them, and didn’t get a call from them about the either. Apparently they sold our pavers. That’s totally fine since it’s been a while, but we asked for some store credit because we want to buy a lot more pavers. This building material is one of the O.G.s Nationwide. They are knowledgeable and experienced. When you shop for a product, do expect some factors on some material. Also, you need to understand business like lead time and if there is a limit/minimum on some material. Also, if it's a special order, don't expect to make any modifications last minute because it's a special order. So, really know what you need/want because it's on you. This building material sells quality material and they have indoor shopping area as well.
