They charged me for 2 weeks of utility service that occurred at my address before me even moving into my new place, I thought it was a honest mistake so called them to have them fix the issue. And not only were they extremely rude, they told me to get an attorney if I wanted to dispute it. Yes. These people literally agreed that it was NOT MY usage.
