When I was there one of the nurses threatened to switch medications with somebody else's I'll never go back there again
Obvious systemic failures, this place doesn't even deserve being called a hospital. Incredibly depressing, I was on the adolescent unit and many children my age were stuck there failed by the foster care system. Put in a cold gray room with stock images of nature lazily plastered on the walls, as a tv mindlessly drones on in the background. Most of the staff are underqualified, unprofessional, and look down on people that are obviously going through a rough time in their life. The hospital and the staff are a joke. I gave them a second chance for the second experience to be worse than the first one. Don't tell me to call with my concerns because I have. And y'all simply don't care.
I had a deeply frustrating experience with this facility’s communication and administrative processes. Despite submitting the required release of information paperwork, it was misplaced, and for over a week, my repeated calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered. Ultimately, it required going in person to get any assistance, and even then, staff were hesitant to connect me with someone who could help. This lack of responsiveness and transparency caused significant stress during an already difficult time.
Horrible place. We sent our child for help and instead he was left alone the first night after an attempt to end his life and things happened that should have never been aloud to happen. They do not watch these kids. We told them our son is very vulnerable and impressionable and night 1 he was left alone with a boy he didn't know. They are under stuffed, hung up on us multiple times and when we drove 2 hours to get him at 1am they didn't even answer the buzzer they told us to push. We had to call to get help.
