(A review from an angry adolescent teen who went months ago and my review keeps getting hidden) This may sound like I’m over exaggerating this place but these are all things I have experienced but this place actually sucked HORRIBLY when i went here. I was there it did nothing but scare me
Had the worst care in my life I wouldn't give this place one star. They lied to me and tried sending me to a homeless shelter in poplar bluff and they don't allow you to take medication there. They brought me up front and had a ride waiting outside for me. That I had no idea about and the therapist is the one who set all this shit up I'm so upset
You can never get a phone call back and the lady at the front desk is so rude its unbelievable and when I did go pick my daughter up she fell twice and I was never called or diddnt even know it till my daughter came home bruises all over her I would not take a loved one there they would probly get treated better in a jail than that place. My daughter will never go there again it needs to be shut down period
This place is a joke. My adult daughter was transferred here from Mercy Hospital for help instead she had a seizure alittle over a week of being treated. Then Tuesday of this week Southeast Behavioral Health released her and sent her to Community Partnership which I guess is a shelter and never told her it was only for a day so she would have to leave by 4:30 that evening so when it closed for the day Holly was put in a CTA cab back to them well from what I understand they denied her entry so now she’s missing what kind of u... read more
