WOW, what can I say about Home Choice Health...my services with this company end on yesterday... I was in tears. The three (3) employees: OT, Nurse & Nurse Assistant did a wonderful job... The nurse Ms Janna was superior with getting my diabetic under control along with the blood pressure. I can't say enough about my OT (Kat) she got me moving and I still do all my exercising when she wasn't around. My aide (Diana) was always polite and a joy to have assisting, me with bathing.
