I love Dr. Brown and his entire team. Both of my parents saw him when I was growing up, and he has been there for me through some of the most important and difficult moments of my life. If there was an option to give 0/5, I would. I called this office to inquire about scheduling with a provider I was trying to locate. I was connected with someone who identified herself as the office manager, Alison. Unfortunately, every time I tried to speak, I was either interrupted or abruptly hung up on. When I called back to ask who I could speak with to file a concern, she stated that she was the person to report to, and then again hung up. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. I was referred here and called ahead to schedule an appointment, providing my insurance information in advance. No one mentioned anything about not accepting insurance for the actual visit—only for blood work. When I arrived two weeks later, the front desk was unmanned and I was helped by someone else.
