My dental visit today went surprisingly well. Why surprisingly you may ask? Simply because the Hygienist Ann immediately informed me that the Dentist I would normally see was unable to come in today. Ann quickly informed me that if anything warranted further professional consideration, another Dentist could be called upon. I said that sounds perfectly acceptable. Dr. Meta and his wonderful staff quickly identified and resolved an issue that came up on short notice. Prompt, courteous and very professional. A very high standard indeed!
We are very grateful for a very pleasant experience. We have been patients of Dr. Gearhart for years and now that he is at this new office we were more than satisfied. There was a misunderstanding about the scheduling time and the amazing staff accommodated us so we were assisted as originally scheduled. The dental hygienists were also outstanding.
