We have lived at Southdale park apartments for the last 4 years. Moved there apon moving to the city and must say this. Management, ( Dave and Larissa) were 2 of the nicest people we have met. It was a real pleasure getting to know them. They have gone out of there way, above and beyond on may occasions to make sure we were happy and comfortable in our apartment and were the main reason we stayed as long as we did. Very nice place to live. David is very nice. we lived there for one and a half years and we loved the place.
I’ve lived in this apartment for two years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The unit was newly renovated when I moved in and came with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher—all in great condition. The building itself is always well maintained, with regular inspections ensuring everything runs smoothly.
