My first visit to SDDA was in 1969. I can honestly say that there has never been one negative issue for me. Over the years, I've had a lot of dental work. It never felt like a treatment was being pushed. Options were always presented, questions answered, and the decision was mine. The dental lab they work with does a fantastic job with color matching. Excellent services.
As a first time patient (referral from a friend), I was very impressed with the overall experience. From the front desk through the exam and consultations with Dr. Gearhart and hygienist Kirsten, I was impressed with the manner in which my concerns were addressed. I will be returning for further work and can only assume everything will go as smoothly as in my first visit.
My entire family sees Dr. James Healy and his staff who are all awesome. Dr. Healy is literally one of the most friendly people I know. He knows his stuff, is very careful and communicates wonderfully. His staff is equally as friendly, kind and knowledgable. They deliver message about the importance of dental hygiene in a professional and age-appropriate way for my 11, 9 and 5 year olds. I would recommend Dr. Healy to every- and anybody!
Everyone in the office was friendly and happy. My care was excellent, and explanation of problem was very good. Great dental practice!
