My dental hygienist was running late and so I was left waiting for 20 minutes or so in the lobby. I wasn't really phased as this had never happened to me before at Southdale Dental Associates and it appeared to be a busy day for them. However, the receptionist came over, personally apologized for my wait, and gave me a gift card for caribou coffee telling me that my time was important to them. Very impressive. Staffs are very kind and helpful. I got a clear explanation from Dr. Sundet on the next steps to get my teeth healthier. Looking forward to the next visit Note - the clinic set up and environment are excellent.

This visit went well but was pretty routine with a dental cleaning and examination. My hygiënist is always friendly and pays attention to details and this positive review helps when the result of my exam was positive.
