Have whoever u talk to here make sure they give a full breakdown of what you will be paying because I was told my rent would be lower just to find out I’m paying more after being told they were helping me out and would go on to say thats not my problem you already signed the lease just understand they only care about their bottom line with smiling faces they will tell you they’re helping and straight up. Today I visited the property to pick something from a friend…..and I was just at awwww as to how immaculate everything looked….no trash on the ground, clean pool and landscaping. Was shocked as to how great it looked, management & staff is really on top of caring for this property. Great Job!!!!
Rose is one of the nicest people I have met, she helped me so much she was the only one that got things done nd was never rude . I really appreciate all her help I’ve known her for 4 years always been very helpful
