I want to sincerely thank Ms. Nancy for her consistent help and support. Her friendly communication and willingness to assist make her truly appreciated by residents like me. As for maintenance, Frank is always willing to help. He is always friendly and smiling.

Have been living here for almost 2 years now! Theres alot of astounding things to say about this complex from the attentiveness of the front office, the fact that they stay on top of pest control too, and maintenance is always answered within a timely matter! Much appreciation to the southcross villas maintenance staff Frank, he came and quickly and efficiently fixed my issue I was having with my bedroom light switch and offered to change the light bulb without even have to ask. Great experience thank you for going above and beyond.
