Hello I wanted to say that Frank Valadez the maintenance man from Thompson Villas is very helpful and does a very great job taking care of the apartments there at Thompson Villas. Nancy is the landlord at Thompson Villas she is a wonderful lady she is very helpful, I'm am so grateful she is the landlord at Thompson Villas. The owners of Thompson Villas are very wonderful and they take care of their residence Thank you
Just moved in about a month ago. The process was fast and easy. Nancy is very professional and courteous. It is a quiet community. No issues so far 🙂.

Property manager Mrs. Chavez was very helpful she helped me get through all of my paper work and any questions I had she was able to give me the information I needed. Thanks to her I got my place as soon as possible with no issues. And I love my new apartment it’s quiet here and a lots of places are close by so I really do like it over here.
Come and see nancy here at southcross villas i came in one day just browsing apartment came in she helped me fast and gave my deposit got my keys today she is very polite very helpful
